Horizontal Single Movement Aluminum Extrusion Press

There are different inches of press such as 3.5"(580US TON), 4"(690US TON), 5"(930US TON), 5.5"(1100US TON), 6"(1450US TON), 7"(1800US TON), 8"(2200US TON), 9"(2750US TON), 10" (3000US TON), 12"(4000US TON).

Model:
Horizontal, four tie rods, hydraulic system, PLC for electric power, semi-automatic control, easily operated, automatic holding die slide and automatic charging into container.

Features:
This aluminum extrusion press is equipped with variable piston pump which can automatically control the output of pump according to the change of pressure. Electric power consumption is low and oil temperature does not easily rise up. Speed control is also available. Thus, it can have best operating efficiency.

Our special design is double shears:
Square shears which are durable and not easily oblique and hydraulic shear knocker is attached.
